The car is rented in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental contract.

Car rental conditions / 321RentACar Cluj

If you want to rent a car from us, please read carefully the conditions below, to confirm them when you sign the contract.

The customer has the obligation to:

• have a valid driver's licence for at least 3 year and have a minimum age of 25 years
• abide all local traffic rules of applied on Romanian territory
• not to drive the car under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other prohibited substances
• announce the rental service provider if the car has problems. All the cars interventions must be made with the agreement of the service provider in an authorized service center.

Rental price - Guarantee:

• current prices are located on the price page
• the guarantee is 100 EURO for any of the cars in our fleet
• the payment is due in full upon taking over the vehicle at the moment of signing the contract by the customer
• payment can be made in cash: EURO, GBP, USD or in other convertible currencies calculated in RON at the BNR bank exchange rate, on the day of the rental
• All displayed rates contain VAT

Insurance:

All the cars from our 321 rent a car parking lot in Cluj have Full Casco insurance, RCA, Vignette and winter tires included in the rental price.
The customer will have to answer for:

• payment of fines and penalties in the period in which the vehicle is in use
• damages caused by the innapropriate use of the rented car
• damages caused by the innapropriate use of the rented car

Delivery - receiving the car:

• The car will be delivered clean and with a full tank
• the car will be delived and picked up free of charge in Cluj or the Cluj-Napoca International Airport during working hours, from Monday to Sunday between 08: 00-20: 00; after working hours there is a fee of 10 EURO

The return of the car:

• the client is asked to contact the 321 rent a car Cluj company at least 3 hours before handing over the car
• the car will be delivered with the full tank (we recomend you to keep the last fueling check)
• to aid the customer, our company of Cluj car rentals, does not require the car to be cleaned. In return for this service we charge a fee of 8 EUR

General conditions:

• the client supports all the costs associated with restoring documents, keys, accessories in case they are lost during the rental period
• there is a 300 km/day limit included in the rental fee
• the extension of the rental period contract may be conceived only with the agreement of the rental service provider, with at least 24 hours notice before its expiration, and only within the limits of availability of the vehicle
• 321 rent a car Cluj does not allow border crossings with the company’s cars
• additional drivers are not charged, but it is mandatory to mention it in the rental contract

Period of validity:

Without the agreement of both parties in writing, any addition or alteration to the contract will void the contract..

321 rent a car Cluj reserves the right to select its own customers.
