Hello! Welcome to 321rentacar.ro, we are glad you want to get to know us!
We are Marius and Anca, passionate about cars and the founders of 321 Rent a Car. We started this business out of a wish to offer affordable, transparent and trustworthy car rental services on the Romanian market. Over the years we have grown and gathered experience, while keeping the same commitment and passion we began with.
Our story began in 2011, when we were among the people promoting the Rent A Car field in Romania. At that time, renting a car was often seen as a luxury in our country, and people very rarely turned to such services.
That is precisely why we started with a different business strategy: to bring the idea of car rental into a space everyone could afford. The first cars we offered for rent were a Ford Focus, a Renault Megane and a Dacia Logan. These cars were efficient, fairly priced, reasonable on fuel and suited to most roads in Romania. Customers reacted positively straight away and appreciated our initiative of offering quality services at fair prices.
In recent years the business has grown steadily, and today we are proud to put a modern fleet of over 250 cars at our customers’ disposal.
Our team has grown too, and we are glad to have alongside us wonderful people, dedicated and passionate about cars and technology, who carry the 321RentACar Cluj story forward with professionalism.
We are deeply involved in what we do and we have a modern view of car rental services in Romania. We pay attention to detail, we are open, we communicate well, we know how to listen to our customers’ needs and we always try to innovate.
From the very first day we set out to offer an outstanding experience at affordable prices, and our customers’ satisfaction has remained the best measure of success for us.
We have been active on the car rental market for 15 years, and the high number of returning customers is the greatest reward for our work. It matters enormously to us that everyone who chooses to work with 321RentACar is so pleased with the service that they always come back gladly.
The impressive growth of recent years is down to our reliability, the quality of the cars we offer and complete transparency in our relationship with every customer. We placed the emphasis on these values back when we had only 3 cars, and we have kept strictly to the same vision ever since.
Our brand name describes, in essence, how easy it is to rent a car: with a minimum of formalities, simple and fast procedures, transparent rates and zero risk.
In 3, 2, 1... you can rent the car you need, stress free.
We are always here for you, ready to help you choose the ideal mobility option. We give you several ways to book (by phone, on WhatsApp or online), so that getting hold of the car is as simple as possible.
